Please keep these important points in mind:
- TILE AND KRAFTMAID PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. SOME PRODUCTS MAY BE SUBJECTED TO RESTOCKING FEES.
- ALL KRAFTMAID PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE ONCE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the date they were shipped out, in their original packaging, unopened and in resellable condition.
- You must include the packing slip and all original packaging materials.
- Shipping/handling fees and gift option charges are refunded only if the product is defective, being recalled, or was misshipped by VALLEYSUPPLYCENTER.COM.
- We cannot accept CODs for returned merchandise.
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our customer service department.
- Credit will be issued by check to the address indicated on the customer's invoice.
- We will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return.
